First you should invoke 'sudo /usr/sbin/gcc_select 4.x' to make GCC 4  
your default compiler. This will create a few sym-links, one of them / 
usr/bin/gcc. Maybe that's the reason why the first compilation fails.

If it still fails, make the command

	gcc -I/usr/include -o skt skt.c

Could be that ld errors will show up ...
