[XeTeX] E not lowered in \TeX in .995

I remove the older personal version before I run the file. Plus I  
copied the code from v.1 to v.2 and commented out v.2's code and ran  
the job. Worked like a champ. Uncomment v.2 code and comment v.1 code  
and no good.
