[XeTeX] E not lowered in \TeX in .995

Minimal example will be helpful.

\TeX and \XeTeX are normal here in the following sample:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{graphicx,fontspec,xunicode,xltxtra}
\setromanfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Minion Pro}
\begin{document}
\TeX{} \XeTeX
\end{document}
