[XeTeX] xelatex: eu1enc.def not found

Oh, I'm so sorry about this :(
I caught your message last night, Jonathan, but hoped nothing like  
this had happened.
It should just be a matter of grabbing eu1enc.def from
   <http://scripts.sil.org/svn-public/xetex/TRUNK/texmf/tex/xelatex/ 
euenc/eu1enc.def>

The other stuff is additional support for LaTeX Modern, which isn't  
essential, I think.
On a happier note, Alex, you can test whether my additions are  
actually working :)
Please let me know if you're still having troubles after installing  
that file.
