[XeTeX] Newbie needs help using packages with XeTeX

Hmm, that was my first thought since you mentioned that a few  
packages didn't work, not just one.  I figured you may have been  
running xetex instead of xelatex.  Anyhow, I'm with Will and would  
also like to see an example document.
