[XeTeX] Bibtex and Xelatex problems

Just a note here:  as Will says, opening the file with TextEdit or  
another editor where you can explicitly set the encoding is a good  
way to diagnose these problems.  If you're only using XeTeX, you can  
disable the TeX conversion in BibDesk; however, as long as you save  
in UTF-8, there should be no loss of data even if a character can't  
be converted.
