[XeTeX] Version 0.98 released

XeTeX 0.98 is now available through i-Installer or via http:// 
scripts.sil.org/xetex.

I wasn't planning on another release quite so soon, but there was a  
nasty bug in xdv2pdf -- you could get the wrong glyphs (from the  
wrong font) rendered, depending on the mix of font technologies used  
in the document. Sorry about that.

This release also supports the new "vertical" attribute (for AAT  
fonts only), enabling vertical typesetting of East Asian scripts.  
(The font attribute causes glyphs to rotate by 90° counter-clockwise;  
then you use box rotation to turn the whole text so it's upright on  
the page.)
