[XeTeX] Fontspec, Trebuchet MS and curly quotes

Ah, I missed this line first time around. I was trying to reproduce in
XeConTeXt, and got error-free results. So yeah, it looks like it's
fontspec-specific.

I will say that the first time I ran my test file with Trebuchet, I had
fairly alarming results (scrambled text encoding). That cleared up
quickly on successive runs! (Anyone else seen this?)
