[XeTeX] making a format file of ConTeXt using XeTeX

Oops, then. My apologies to the list and especially Jonathan. I don't
know what happened when I tried XeTeX 0.90, and nor can I check right
now, as that machine is being repaired.

(Incidentally, I'm trying out Hans's minimal distro, and am trying to
figure out what needs to be done to get it to work with XeTeX reliably.)
