Well, I suppose there's no compelling reason not to....except for the 
bloat! But there's also very little benefit, given how few of these are 
currently supported by any real fonts out there. Turkish, Vietnamese, 
Romanian, Persian, Urdu, Simplified vs Traditional Chinese... can't 
think of many other instances where I'm aware that people have actually 
built fonts with language-specific rendering. I expect there are a few 
more, but out of 382 it's not many that are actually useful!
