[XeTeX] What MonoSpaced Font?

As Adam suggested, cmtt is pretty nice.
Alternatively, some people like Luxi Mono (part of the Luxi family), 
which I think you can get for free from a variety of sources. (There 
are .pfb versions on CTAN, or you could even just copy from 
</usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/> to get ttf files that will work in 
XeTeX directly.)
