[XeTeX] Turning off an AAT font feature

Prefix the feature setting with "!" ("not", in various programming 
languages). E.g.,

	\font\hoefit="Hoefler Text Italic:Smart Swashes=!Line Initial 
Swashes,!Line Final Swashes" at 12pt

But I'm not sure how to do that through fontspec, if you're using LaTeX.
