[XeTeX] TeXShop, ConTeXt, and XeTeX

I don't use TeXShop on a regular basis, but selecting "ConTeXt" under the
"Typeset" menu  should invoke texexec under the hood. The trick is in
changing the options. 

Take a look at the documentation in terms of "Personal Script", for example.

At this point, this probably becomes a MacTeX question.
