I don't use laTex, I just use plain tex with graphics.

so, no options seems available.

How could I do it ?

I didn't find /Library/teTeX/ directory .

I created a /Library/texmfl/tex/xetex/ directory
then /Library/texmfl/tex/xetex/config in wich i created a file
graphics.cfg with the line
***********************
\ExecuteOptions{xetex}
***********************
But this didn't change anything.

Here is a source code :

***********************
%&program=xetex
%&encoding=UTF-8 Unicode

\input graphicx%[xetex]

$E$ est l'espace des fonctions continues par morceaux et
$2\pi$--p\'eriodiques sur $R$.

%fourier5
$$\includegraphics[width= 10cm]{Fourier5.pdf}$$

  \end
***********************
Fourier5.pdf is in the same directory as the source.

Here is the message displayed by the console :
