[XeTeX] OT: In case you don't have enough fonts

I saw that, and it looks very much like the usual shovel-ware collection
of mediocre and clone fonts. I wouldn't expect anything beyond the usual
Mac-encoded gamut, converted (hopefully correctly) to OTF.

I'll be happy to be proven wrong, but I'm cynical about this sort of
collection.
