[XeTeX] Typeblock moved?

I believe that you need to make the xetex papersize match memoir's 
``stocksize'', which is the size of the document _plus_ the extra area 
allocated for crop marks &c.

If you open up a .pdf made in pdftex in Adobe Acrobat/Reader you'll get 
the page dimensions there --- set them to match in xelatex and you 
should be set (modulo any discrepancy between PostScript and printer's 
points---Jonathan, what does xetex use for its pagesize? I'm guessing 
PostScript BP?).
