None of those characters are mapped to keys on that layout.

You could make a customized version of the layout that adds whatever 
keystrokes you wish, one tool for the job would be Ukelele:
	http://scripts.sil.org/ukelele
This can create a new layout based on one of the installed system 
layouts, so you can just change/add a few characters according to your 
needs.
