[XeTeX] XeTeX fails on dragged PDF images

Hi Ross

I checked your problem just then and experienced the exact same thing 
as you, until I changed
    \usepackage{graphicx}
to
    \usepackage[xetex]{graphics}

Is the implicit behaviour expected?
