If it is necessary for Apple to support OpenType (which it is), and if we need to tell Apple this (which we do), then to whom do we send our impassioned emails such that doing so has a reasonable chance of being effective? Not surprisingly, the Apple web site is not very helpful in this regard. Any suggestions? Thanks
