[XeTeX] Latin Modern in XeTeX?

Gerben has been working to get a scripted, automated setup of Latin 
Modern as OpenType fonts for a while now.

He's down to brass tacks (just has to resign himself to weirdness in 
how Carbon apps will handle them I think), so you may want to touch 
base with him.
