[XeTeX] XeTeX 0.8 available -- now with OpenType support :-)

No, sorry, I haven't got a Jaguar around; my machines have been on 
Panther for quite a while now.

I could probably avoid linking with Apple's libicucore, which 
apparently wasn't included with Jaguar, but this will involve either 
shipping my own builds of some of the ICU libraries along with XeTeX, 
or static-linking a bunch more code into the actual executables.

Informal poll: How many folks out there have been running XeTeX on 
Jaguar? Is a Panther requirement a major hurdle to people? Comments 
invited.
