Installing TDS at Sussex

For the record: I'm against both.

TDS says:

    texmf/tex/<format>/<package>/<file>

I'd like to stick with that. We have already enough open problems, we
shouldn't add another one.

I.e., I've nothing against storing EPS files in <format>==generic.
But I'm against the introduction of yet another directory level.
What's the problem with

    texmf/tex/generic/{sussex,local,misc}/ssxcrest.eps

Choose the name of the <package> level as you like, that's not really
the problem. IMHO it's more important to warn people against the usage
of names like thesis.sty. File names like ssxcrest.eps are OK, the
probability to appear in several places is minimal.
