[Tugindia] tugindia Digest, Vol 99, Issue 12

While it might look lengthy, I've obtained very good results with the
procedure that I've been following. Save the JPG as a WMF and then use
open-office to convert WMF to EPS. I've been using it quite frequently and
it has worked extremely well so far.
