[Tugindia] Question on Multicolumn

This is what I am trying to do, I want to set a two column document in landscape mode, in each column I want to write 3-4 lines and leave the space below it empty (its a sort of question paper).

I was able to get two columns, landscape mode but how do I set write a few lines and instruct latex to keep rest of the space in the column empty?
