[Tugindia] Gujarati Latex

As an interim solution, have a look at the ITRANS version 5.30 (1998)
package of Avinash Chopde (www.aczoom.com/itrans).  There is TeX/LaTeX
support for Gujarati and is explained in the Gujarati suppport manual
(see http://www.aczoom.com/itrans/gujdoc/gujdoc.html).  It uses
itxguj Type I fonts developed by Shrikrishna Patel. In fact ITRANS 
supports many Indian languages, though it is an old (1998) package.
