[Tugindia] How to write block matrices

I had a similar but slightly different problem. As I was in a hurry, I finally got it solved by Word 2007 (Insert -> Math Equation->Design->Matrix->selecting a template)
  I am still trying to solve in Latex for my future use.

I even talked to the author of this easy package but he said that the problem was that my LaTeX compiler was one using less number of memory registers and also there are some packages which are consuming too much memory.
Can somebody please suggest any other alternative way to write one or what to do with this way itself.
