[Tugindia] How to use JPEG2eps

Dear all,
Good morning sir,

Please accept my greetings.

 I am very thankful for all the  replies, regarding converting JPG to eps 
files. Sir I am new user of latex so I am getting stuck up at very small 
things especially to convert figures to eps files.

I have downloaded the software JPEG2eps as per recommended by one of the 
memeber but I found that the documentation is in German so I could not use 
it. Can you please tell me how to use it?

also i am working in windows environment.
