You can try saving your graph as jpg file; use any of the image
manipulation programs to convert it to eps/pdf file for inclusion in
your LaTeX document.

Alternate method: Why not use a graphing program which exports the
figures to LateX friendly formats? Try gnuplot. It is available for
MS-Windows also.
