[Tugindia] problem with figure

Hi,

I am trying to include t.eps file into my two column latex document. It says 

cannot determine size of graphic in t.eps

the code is as shown below

\begin{figure}
\vspace{2.5cm}
\centerline{\includegraphics[width=3in,height=2in]{t.eps}}
\end{figure}

I tried without width and height options. Its also failed.

Whereas other figures are working without any problem. what could be wrong ?
