[Tugindia] some more table formatting issues

Hi Krishnan.

Thats helpful; I didnt realize that it worked with table. My tables are kind 
of big and so I have been using longtable.

i get an error message saying

"! Missing \endgroup inserted.
<inserted text>
                \endgroup"

It runs fine when i drop thje scalebox. But its good to know that it runs 
with tabular, so for tables which are just spilling across a few rows this 
would be perfect.
