[Tugindia] ["sharad"] Devanagari Help

Shri Radhakrishnan may remember that I contributed an article "My 
experience with Omega " which he kindly arranged to publish in the 
TUG Journal (Indian). I got the PDF file, but I have not heard 
about the Journal. We may point Shri Sharad to that article.
