The online LaTeX Tutorial is now available in book format.  You might
download the formatted pdf and source tarball which has all the source
TeX files and supporting packages at:

  http://sarovar.org/projects/ltxprimer

Ajay: you might be amused to see the contents page of the LaTeX
      Primer.  The tutorial.sty will tell you how it is accomplished.

I tried to index the book and add a multilevel index, sorry, couldn't
do it owing to the obvious reasons of never ending preoccupations at
work.  People are requested to join the ltxprimer project at
sarovar.org and help the tutorial team by adding more chapters,
revising the existing chapters, making indexes and glossaries, etc.

We would be ever thankful for that.

The book is released under GNU FDL.
