[Tugindia] 14pt fonts ?

Hello,

After going through B.E. Project Reports of many of my friends I've found 
that most of them use 14pt fonts + one-half-spacing.
I believe this is against the philosophy of Tex ( books, I guess *never* 
have this format ).

Nevertheless, I've tried the setspace package and now I have the spacing 
problem solved. However I would like to use 14pt fonts in the Report. Is 
this possible?
