No Indian print so far and it is not likely that you'll have one.
However, you might take a look at the TeX sources of TeXBook in the
TeXLive CD.  It is illegal to print and distribute from these
sources.

Again there is no Indian print.

However, you might goad your University to buy it, part of the money
goes to the funds of LaTeX Project for further development of LaTeX.
So while buying, you're helping LaTeX as well.
