Thanks Dileep,

I am using 'achemso' and no problem with that. But ACS web site says one can use jacs.sty and they discourage using RevTex also. Then I thought of using jacs.sty, if any, which would take care of the page layout etc.

As such JACS is not giving any style files. But you
can use the package "achemso". It will take care of
JACS style referencing. I have used the same for ACS
