[Tugindia] Bold and Italic versions of dvng font

Alex,
 Seem to pretty nice so far. Enjoying your font. Any typical tests which
you can suggest?
 Only, I had to do the following two more steps in the setup:
(as they could appear in your readme file)

6. Add the following line to TEXMF-var/web2c/updmap.cfg (
/usr/TeX/texmf-var/web2c/updmap.cfg)
 Map devanagari.map

7. run updmap
