   On checking archieve I found that I did not receive about 7 mails
   ( from `Tex by topic' to `Chemistry package' ).

I checked the mail logs, bounced lists, there is nothing wrong in
those with respect to your mails. However I have found a long gap of
several days, see:

<lastmail_before_the_gap>
Mar  2 15:45:37 mail sendmail[3967]: g22A7K003965:
to=<hsraidce@iitr.ernet.in>,  delay=00:08:17, xdelay=00:00:14,
mailer=esmtp, pri=3111282, relay=iitr.ernet.in. [202.141.62.10],
dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (PAA21544 Message accepted for delivery)
</lastmail_before_the_gap>

<firstmail_after_the_gap>
Mar 24 10:40:05 mail sendmail[1997]: g2O4ToI01987:
to=<hsraidce@iitr.ernet.in>,  delay=00:40:14, xdelay=00:21:02,
mailer=esmtp, pri=3080128, relay=iitr.ernet.in. [202.141.62.10],
dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (KAA11847 Message accepted for delivery)
</firstmail_after_the_gap>

In the absence of any non-delivery notification or similar errors in
the maillogs, I guess that the List server side is perfect.

   Where can be fault. My side or List server side?

Have you ever changed your subscription options by visiting
http://tug.org.in/mailman/tuglist (wherefrom you can go to your
options page and change them)? That is the only possibility I can
see.

If you have the habit of saving TUGlist mails, I can send as a
digest (or Unix mbox format) of those missing mails. Please let me
know.
