DOES IT MEAN THAT REVTEX STYLE FILE HAS TO BE LOADED IN ALL THE
MACHINES? IF SO, HOW? SHOULD THE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR DO IT OR I
CAN INSTALL IT IN MY OWN AREA?
If you want revtex.cls to be available in all the machines, your
sysadmin need to do the following:
1. create a directory $TEXMF/tex/latex/revtex
2. copy the revtex.cls and related packages to this directory
3. update the TeX's file database by running `texhash' at
the command prompt.
Now, all users can access the revtex.cls anywhere in the system.
Secondly, you can copy the revtex.cls and related packages to your
working directory. That's all you need to work with revtex. This
cant be accessed by other users in your system though.

PS: It is a bad practice to write the mail in uppercase, which is
considered to be an impolite roaring in the list. I've seen this
happening many times with we Indians, apparently we seem to believe
that others are deaf.
