Hi Karl,
I'm not talking about the quotes.  The charset should be 
   iso-8859-1 instead of
   iso-8559-1 .

Or, to make the diference more visible:

           v
   iso-8>>>8<<<59-1 instead of
   iso-8>>>5<<<59-1.
           ^
