[tldoc] translation status?

Hi folks,

I wanted to check in about the status of the various TeX Live
translations -- Daniel has sent the updated/final French translation,
and Hartmut the German README's, but no others are final, I think.
We're still very much hoping to build the final images by October 31.

Please, let me know about any difficulties or if you think you will not
be able to make the deadline.
