I have collected several fixes to bugs that have been done in<br>
the current trunk development. Since there are many changes,<br>
especially merge of the various dvipdf* programs, this does<br>
not work simply by applying the patches.<br>

Anyway, these are the patches we use in Debian for building<br>
our binaries. The format is quilt patches with a series file,<br>
but they simply can be applied.<br>
