[tldistro] no pruned tlpdb in TL24

Hello TL distributors. I just made the TL24 release and it is making its
way around the CTAN and historic mirrors (for the tarballs) as usual.

FYI, in past years, I pruned off some of the binary sets to make the
image to fit on a DVD, necessitating a special "tlpdb-full" archive,
e.g., texlive-20230311-tlpdb-full.tar.gz last year.

This year, there's no platform pruning. So the tlpdb that is inside the
tarballs or iso should be correct/full already, as far as I know.
