[tldistro] Error 404 texlive-xetex Arch Linux

 Hi Tex Live Distro

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this issue.

On Arch Linux, running `pacman -S texlive-xetex` results in
```
error: failed retrieving file
'texlive-xetex-2023.66594-19-any.pkg.tar.zst' from mirror.theo546.fr :
The requested URL returned error: 404
```
