[tldistro] Linux from scratch texlive "chapter"

Ive recently built texlive from scratch where the goal was to use system 
libs as much as possible and be 100% home  built.

linux from scratch is not a "distro" as such as it does not distribute a 
distribution but it does distribute the instructions to build your own.
