[tlbuild] branch2018 tl rebuild please

Hi Karl,

x86_64-linux(musl) and i386-linux updated via Travis-CI build.

Would be nice to tag this is 2018.1 in tradition with older cases.

I have added all the branches and tags to the github project, and
that means additions to branch2018 are now also automatically tested.
(And I have git tagged that as 2018.1).
