Yes, with --disable-dvisvgm I got a compile on Debian 6 with 409 executables.
I didn't check for asy/etc by now.

So I will use Debian 6 for building most binaries, and for dvisvgm
we need to think about different solutions. Maybe I use Debian 7
with a newer compiler that is backported to it.
