FYI, I imported Martin's new release of dvisvgm, plus a couple more post-release fixes, into TL. So For those who want more punishment ... I haven't yet fixed the configure script to avoid aborting completely when c++11 isn't found, so don't bother trying anything on non-c++11 platforms yet. Will do that soon, I hope. --karl
