[tlbuild] build/test errors with seetex in chroot

Hi everyone,

first of all: Karl, don't worry, this is not relevant for our binaries ;-)

I am seeing a build error in the test part of seetex when building in
a cowbuilder root. cowbuilder means that there is a kind of overlay
system, and files are only saved when changed.

Now what happens that I get an error on the seetex test:

cat playsel.dvi | ./dvibook -s4 >playbook.dvi \
	2>playbook.2 \
	&& diff playbook.2 $srcdir/tests/playbook.2 \
	|| exit 1

where I get as output (in playbook2)
	...seetexk/.libs/lt-dvibook: can't seek file
instead of
	[18] [15] [16] [17] ...
	Wrote 12 pages, 1548 bytes

Does anyone have an idea where is this coming from?
