[tlbuild] texlive build failures on Debian - upmendex

Hi all,

I have uploaded the current status to Debian, and we got a few
build errors, which some of you might have seen already:

* mips architecture

Do you think (or AKira) that this is the problem for mips?

For sparc I am a bit stymed.
