[tlbuild] 2016 final (let's hope) TL builds

Hi,

after today's
rsync -av --delete --exclude=.svn tug.org::tldevsrc/Build/source .
i got this with "make check":

No test-suite.log was generated.
Im building on slackware-current, which will be released in the next 
days as slackware 14.2
